Damaged Items or Wrong Shipment
All items (except close-outs) are returnable provided it is within 21 days of delivery. Customers are required to pay additional shipping for exchanges. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is defective or the order was improperly filled.If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item, please accept our apologies.
Damages: We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
Incorrect Shipments: You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location.

We recommend that you carefully pack your return and insure it to with the shipping company to avoid liability in case the item is damaged in transit. If you return items in a condition that isn't just like new, we will not provide a refund. We will donate the item to our local rescue program on your behalf. You will not receive credit for these returns. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.

Items returned after 21 days of delivery will be donated to our local rescue program.

- Item(s) must be in original packaging
- Packaging should be in re-sellable condition (appear in a manner that you would expect an order to be received in)
- Item(s) must be received at our location within 21 days of delivery.
